The North America Ghana Nurses Foundation (NAGNF) is an organization of professional nurses across North America from Ghana or with ties to Ghana.

Vision: To establish a united network of Ghanaian rooted professional nurses and nursing students across North America with a mission to collaborate and impact patient focused healthcare delivery both in Ghana and in our local communities here in the North America.

Mission: Collaborate to promote health.

Collaborate: with Nurse organizations in Ghana and other professional healthcare groups to positively impact healthcare delivery to the Ghanaian population at large and our local communities.

Education: We believe that continued evidence-based education is the key to the delivery of nursing care in all environments. We are therefore committed to holding annual conferences aimed at providing educational opportunities for attendees.

Create and maintain a scholarship fund to support qualified Ghanaian rooted student nurses who demonstrate commitment to patient focused care.

Mission trips: Support mission trips both in collaboration with other professional healthcare organizations and independent healthcare centers in Ghana

Build and maintain a database of professional nurses for the purpose of mission work and support.

Support: Strategize to support and empower Professional nurse groups in Ghana through aid and donations.
